Each session also needs indirect time, which is included in the price. The frequency of therapeutic work differ between clients, depending on variables such as the severity of the presenting problem. The length of therapy can range from a couple of sessions to longer-term work. Therapy often begins with meeting once a week and then will shift to less frequent sessions, such as meeting once every 2-4 weeks (or even longer). Length and frequency decisions are made in a collaborative style between the client and therapist.

Coaching
A coaching trajectory begins with an intake process, usually consisting of three sessions and some assessments to be completed at home. Following this, a course of coaching often involves 10 sessions. However, the exact number of sessions can differ depending on your individual needs.
ISP Groningen offers coaching services also in collaboration with the University of Groningen (RUG). If your occupational physician refers you and the intake process confirms a need for coaching, RUG may cover the costs of the sessions. Other employers may partially or fully reimburse coaching sessions.

General information
A session can be rescheduled or canceled via telephone or email. If this doesn’t happen 24 hours in advance, the full fee has to be paid. Extra indirect work may incur fees if it involves more than 10 Min.
